Studies in song evolution...
Unlike some artists, Chris Ballew is someone who is not
afraid to let someone hear a rough or unfinished work. Numerous
Demos were released as b-sides, included in fan club tapes and sent to
friends. It really is interesting to see how a song can evolve from
a rough demo to a finished product. Sometimes the changes are quite
remarkable, to the point that you'd think it is a different song!

This one is pretty bizarre! Hard to imagine that this song evolved to its form on PUSA ii,
and a staple on PUSA's last Tour |
