Here's how it goes...  PUSA management has a limited number (10-15) spaces on the guest list they've opened up to the die hard PUSA fans, (YOU!).  Send Q an email, and tell him your name, (and your bud's names) and why you should be on the list.  

The contest closes Wednesday Night 4/30 at 8pm Eastern time, so we can get the names to PUSA management.
